New Features
🎨 Church Portal Customization
The Church Portal now works like a full website builder built right into Gracely. You can design and manage your church’s online presence without needing a separate platform. Create and customize your own themes, add as many pages as you need, and control how your navigation and footer look.
Whether you want to welcome new visitors, highlight your ministries, share sermons, or post announcements, you can do it all from one place. It’s flexible, easy to use, and fully editable anytime, so your portal always reflects the heart of your church.
🧩 Custom Fields for People
Now you can add custom fields to people profiles and track the information that matters most to your ministry. Create any type of field you need and match your database to how your church works.
You can choose different field types, manage visibility settings, and even hide fields from member view for internal-only details like background checks or pastoral notes. It’s a smarter way to manage your people, fully tailored to your needs.
🔎 Advanced Filters
You can now filter your people using advanced search options like custom fields, gender, date ranges, and more.
Once you apply a filter, you can send a group email, send a mass SMS, or add filtered people to a group instantly. This makes it easy to reach the right people at the right time and keep your church communication organized and efficient.
📦 Batches for Donations
You can now group donations into batches for simpler entry and tracking.
Name each batch, review all gifts in one place, and track totals across funds.
It’s perfect for organizing weekly offerings, special campaigns, or in-person vs. online giving, keeping everything clear and easy to manage.
🛡️ Custom Role Creation
You can now create custom roles with tailored permissions for your team
Control who can view, edit, or manage each section like People, Groups, Events, and Giving
Give volunteers, finance admins, or pastoral staff exactly the access they need with clarity and confidence
Improvements
📝 Form Editing (Before Submissions)
- You can now fully edit forms, as long as they have no submissions, update questions, reorder them or refine layout before sharing.
- Make your forms easier to complete by adding descriptions under each question for clarity.
📊 Dashboard Layout Improvements
- We’ve improved how large numbers appear on your dashboard. No more cut-offs or formatting issues.
🐞 Bug Fixes
- Fixed an issue that prevented event attendance through the Church Portal.
- Corrected donation warning messages for clearer giving entry.
- Improved the giving list flow when entering a donation through the Funds section.
- Added clearer image limits in Events when uploading files over 1MB.
