January was a big step forward for Gracely, and we’re excited to share what’s new with you.
In the first weeks of January, we rolled out a refreshed Gracely experience focused on making things simpler and easier to use.
If you’re new to Gracely, this is the design you already know.
If you’ve been with us for a while, you’ll notice a cleaner and more modern experience across the app.
Here’s what we’ve been working on.
New Layout Across Gracely
We updated the layout across the platform to help you get things done faster, with less friction.
You’ll notice cleaner dashboards and settings, smoother editing, and platform stats now visible across key pages, so important information is always easy to find.
Better Member Login Portal
We also spent time improving the member login portal to make it clearer and more comfortable for your members.
Navigation is simpler, form submissions are easier to review, and profiles and family views feel smoother on both desktop and mobile.
New Features
All There in One Place
The calendar now brings more information together in one view.
You can see birthdays, follow ups, and appointments directly in the sidebar, along with rooms, making planning and coordination easier.
Announcements with Images
You can now add images to announcements, helping your updates stand out and feel more engaging.
QR Sharing
Sharing is now even easier.
You can generate QR codes for Events, Groups, Giving, and Forms, so members can scan and take action instantly.
Improvements
Alongside new features, we made several improvements across the platform:
- Faster performance and loading times
- Better calendar and event handling
- Cleaner UI across People, Families, Emails, and Giving
- Reports pages got a simple redesign with a cleaner, easier-to-read layout
- Donation input on mobile has been redesigned for easier entry, with improved keypad support and clearer formatting
Bug Fixes
We also fixed a number of issues to keep Gracely stable and reliable:
- Fixed birthday filters not working correctly in People
- Fixed pledge amounts and calculations not updating correctly
- Fixed giving entries creating duplicate members in some cases
- Fixed calendar views not showing recurring events immediately on mobile
- Fixed health data information in Child Check-in (allergies, emergency contact numbers, etc.)
- Fixed accounting total balance when fund is connected
