🎉 New Features

🧾 Customizable Giving Widget
Make online giving feel like part of your website. You can now tailor the giving form’s button text, colors, shape, success and error messages, and more to match your church’s style and voice. Seamless giving, your way. Learn more

📤 Export to Excel and PDF, Everywhere
Every major page in Gracely now includes a quick export option. With one click, export data from People, Giving, Groups, Families, and more. Look for the button at the top right of each page.

📊 New Reports for People and Finances
Start tracking trends and insights with our new Reports section. This initial release includes People and Finance reports, with Groups and Events reporting coming soon.

📈 Balance Sheet and Income Statement in Accounting
Your accounting tools just got a major upgrade. View full Balance Sheets and Income Statements directly inside the Accounting section, perfect for meetings, planning, and audits.

⚙️ Customize Your Account Defaults
 You can now define your own default values, including:

  • Gender options and pronouns
  • Default phone prefix code
  • Default currency for international churches

Improvements

Hex Color Support in Church Portal Themes
Fine-tune your design with full HEX color input, making brand alignment easier than ever.

Event Headcount Tracking
You can now track total headcount for each event, giving you a quick view of participation.

Batch Improvements
We’ve added more flexibility inside Batches, including the ability to remove specific donations from a batch for easier adjustments.

Bug Fixes

  • Emails stuck in “Draft” now send properly
  • Recurring events now display correctly for members in the Church Portal
  • Long event descriptions no longer break layouts
  • Fixed an issue where event times were displaying incorrectly in the portal
