NEW FEATURES
- Advanced Event Recurrence – Plan events with more flexibility. Create schedules like “the 2nd Tuesday of each month,” “every 1st and 3rd Thursday,” or “the last Sunday of each month.”
- Volunteer Assignments – Assign different volunteers to each event instance and check if they can serve. Managing who helps and when is now easier than ever.

IMPROVEMENTS
- Family exports now include contact details
When exporting family data, you’ll now see the head of household’s contact information included in the export file for easier communication and record-keeping. - Resend SMS with one click
You can now resend a previously sent SMS without having to recreate it -saving time and effort when following up with members. - Alphabetical sorting in People section
You can now sort the People list alphabetically, making it easier to organize and find members the way you prefer. - Improved family search
You can now find families more easily by searching for any family member. Gracely will automatically show the related family in the results. - Improved timezone handling
We’ve fixed timezone inconsistencies to ensure events, messages, and activities display with correct local times for your church. - Archived people hidden from directories
Archived members no longer appear in your Member Directory, keeping active lists clean and up to date.
BUG FIXES
- Scheduled messages cancellation fixed
Canceling scheduled SMS and emails now works correctly and reflects instantly in your communication list. - Family creation issue resolved
Fixed a problem where adding family members during creation didn’t save properly. - Giving batch selection fixed
You can now correctly select batches when entering giving records without errors. - Accurate member age detection
New members created automatically from form submissions are now correctly categorized as adults or children based on their date of birth.
